Who is Atrady Business for?

Accepted Answer

Businesses and resellers in Ghana who want factory prices without flying to China. Everything here is imported to order: pick a product, say how many, pay once, and we source it, ship it and hand it over in Ghana - or hold it at our warehouse until you need it.

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Buy at factory prices in any quantity - the more you take, the less you pay. Each product shows its prices upfront: a price for a few pieces, a lower one from 10 or more, and the lowest for a full carton. Order any quantity the product allows: a carton's worth goes at the carton price and the rest at whichever price its quantity reaches. Under 10 pieces buys like a sample - a way to test a product before committing to more.

What's the minimum order?

As few pieces as the product allows (often 1 to 5). Orders of 10 or more pieces or cartons have a small overall minimum per order, shown in your cart. You can mix products in one order and pay once.

Sea or Air - which should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Sea is the cheapest and takes about 2 months; it's priced by the space your goods take in the container, so it suits heavy or bulky items. Air lands in about 2 weeks and is priced by weight, so heavy or bulky items can cost several times more - worth it for light, urgent goods. Every order lets you choose, and the fee is shown before you pay. Where a fee can't be worked out yet (a carton by air without a recorded weight), we set it once the shipment is priced and you pay it from your orders page.

Can I mix colours and sizes?

Yes. Pick exactly how many of each colour or size you want, or switch on "Let Atrady mix" and we'll fill your order with a good spread for you.

Can I keep my stock at your warehouse?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for cartons. At checkout, choose to have them delivered as soon as they arrive, or kept at our warehouse - request deliveries in any quantity, whenever you're ready. Smaller quantities are delivered once they land in Ghana.

Is warehouse storage free?

Accepted Answer

No - a small monthly fee per carton accrues while your stock is stored with us. It's not charged upfront: it builds up as a running balance and is only collected when you request a delivery.

Can you help me sell what I've bought?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Flag warehouse stock as available for resale from your Warehouse Stock page, and our team helps match it with a reseller from our network.

Question 9

What is the group order?

Accepted Answer

On some products we pool orders from several buyers to reach the factory minimum, then ship together by sea at the group price. It takes longer - about 2 months once the group fills. Tap "Join the group order on WhatsApp" on the product, tell us how many, and we add the order to your account and send you a payment link.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and card payments through our secure Paystack payment gateway.

Is this different from buy.atrady.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. buy.atrady.com sells goods already in stock in Ghana, delivered in days. Everything here is imported to order from the factory - cheaper per unit, but it travels by sea or air first.
