1. Who we are

Atrady ("we", "us", "Atrady") operates this pre-order storefront, where customers and resellers in Ghana order products imported to order from our suppliers - in any quantity, priced by tier (a few units, 10 or more, or by the carton) and shipped by sea or air. This is a separate service from our in-stock shop (buy.atrady.com), though the two share the same customer account. These Terms govern every order placed through this site. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. How buying by the carton works

Each bulk-eligible product has a flat carton price, shown before you order. Your order is sourced independently of any other buyer - there is no minimum order quantity to wait on, and no shared "Round" the way our group-buying platform works. Placing an order requires a signed-in account, since you may come back to manage your warehouse stock over time.

3. Carton price and shipping fee

Your checkout total is the carton price plus shipping per carton - both are paid together when you order, since we pay the carrier before the container loads. Unlike our group-buying platform, this fee is fixed at order time and is not later adjusted. Where a product's shipping fee is marked as not yet estimated, it is not included at checkout; once the shipment has been priced we will tell you the fee per carton, which is due within 7 days - before the container loads. A fee unpaid past that date accrues the carrier's daily late charge and your cartons are held until it is settled.

4. Delivery or warehouse storage

Once your cartons arrive in Ghana, you choose to have them delivered to you, or kept at our warehouse. If you choose warehouse storage, you can request a delivery of any quantity, at any time, from your Warehouse Stock page - you do not have to draw down your full order at once.

4.1 Storage fee. If you choose warehouse storage, a fee per carton per month (shown on the product page and in your account) starts accruing once your cartons arrive and are placed into storage. It is not charged upfront: it builds up as a running balance and is only collected when you request a delivery, deducted from what you owe at that time.

4.2 No forced resale. Unlike unclaimed group-buying orders, warehouse stock is never automatically resold to recover unpaid storage fees. Your cartons remain yours, in storage, for as long as you choose to leave them there - the storage fee simply continues to accrue.

5. Reseller matching

You may flag some or all of your warehouse stock as available for resale from your Warehouse Stock page. This is entirely optional and only happens if you choose it. If you do, our team will try to match it with a reseller from our waitlist and coordinate the sale directly with you - we do not guarantee a match, a timeline, or a sale price. Cartons are only removed from your warehouse balance once a match is confirmed as completed, not merely while it is being arranged.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store your card details. Your order confirmation redirects through our group-buying platform (buy.atrady.com) to confirm payment - this is expected and does not mean your order was placed there.

7. Limitation of liability

We act as an intermediary between you and our suppliers and shipping carriers. While we take reasonable care in selecting suppliers and carriers, we are not liable for delays, damage, or losses caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or events outside our reasonable control. We are also not liable for the outcome of a reseller match we help coordinate - that arrangement is between you and the reseller.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if our carton pricing, storage fee, or reseller matching process changes. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We will note the date at the top of this page whenever it changes.
